Booking confirmation
An enquiry, website form submission, phone call or WhatsApp message does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after Clyrova Farmhouse confirms availability, the agreed plan and applicable payment terms.
Rates and inclusions
Website prices are reference prices unless expressly confirmed for your dates. Rates may vary by date, guest count, room use, event type, food, decoration, pool access, duration and other requirements.
Guest and event details
The number of overnight guests and event visitors must match the booking confirmation. Valid identification may be required. Guests must follow applicable law, safety requirements and reasonable property instructions.
Property use
Illegal activities are not permitted. Music, gatherings, outside vendors, decorations and special setups are subject to confirmation and applicable local rules. Guests are responsible for avoidable damage caused by their group.
Pool and outdoor areas
Pool use is subject to safety instructions. Children and non-swimmers require appropriate adult supervision. Outdoor areas may be affected by weather and other conditions beyond the property's control.
Third-party bookings
Bookings made through Airbnb, Agoda or another platform are also governed by the terms, cancellation rules and payment processes shown on that platform.
